One full year of protection
The mobile insurance period is one year against misuse and accidental damage, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance document issued by the specialized insurance company. Coverage starts after the document is activated.
Customer Contribution
Customer contribution in repair cases
If covered damage happens, the customer pays a percentage of the total repair cost, and the insurance company covers the remaining amount. The percentage depends on the device price:

In case of total device loss, or if the repair cost exceeds 60% of the device purchase price, the customer receives compensation equal to 50% of the total device price, according to the insurance terms.
